The event is expected to draw over 25,000 guests and feature nearly 500 product and service exhibits to improve indoor and outdoor living environments, plus lavish display gardens. Celebrity headliners and horticultural experts also will cover a range of home and garden topics with an emphasis on "going green."

TV's Remodeling Expert Pat Simpson
For nearly two decades, Pat Simpson has been recognized as national television's home building and remodeling expert. His earlier years of hands-on building experience led into television in 1988 when he hosted the national home improvement series, Backyard America. In 1994 when HGTV launched, Pat hosted one of the first series in their lineup, Fix-It-Up! Since that time, new shows were created and he became host and technical director of the two hit series, Room To Improve, and the show by which all others set their standards, Before & After. Pat Simpson not only became a household name, but with his knowledge and laid-back style, he quickly became home improvement's Real Deal! He's no actor… and his viewers like it that way.

His three-acre landscape has inspired visitors and gardening enthusiasts from around the world.
