The Novi Home Improvement Show® takes place at the Suburban Collection Showplace (formerly the Rock Financial Showplace) in Novi.

This home show, the largest in the Detroit Metro area, is the first in a series of annual home improvement shows produced by the Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan (BIA). The Suburban Collection Showplace (formerly the Rock Financial Showplace), featuring 214,000 square feet of exhibit floor space, will be filled with over 500 vendors specializing in kitchens, baths, doors, windows, remodeling, furniture, spas, specialty items, decorative accessories, appliances and more.

The Novi Home Improvement Show® is not only a great place to find everything you need for your home, but also the venue to find the people who can do everything for you. A wide variety of the area's best contractors will be available at the show to answer questions and are available to discuss future home projects.

Several radio personalities will be at the show, some broadcasting live on multiple days. Show attendees have the opportunity to enter many contests and drawings to win a variety of prizes. Seminars and home-themed demonstrations abound. There is always a special area for youngsters with exhibits and activities to make them happy they came!
